Your health and safety are our priority. It's important to recognize that with any cosmetic procedure, there are risks as much as rewards. Part of our responsibility is to detail those risks with you when you come to our office and to review after-care procedures with you before you leave.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
You will receive HIPAA compliant health history forms and consents,
please fill out prior to your visit.
DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Columbine Aesthetics provides a full detailed plan of care prior to any injections with full understanding of your goals for your facial care.

AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT
You will receive a follow-up email around one week post-procedure to make sure you are healing correctly following post-care procedure.
